1. It has the function of dislocation and cutting offff of metal fifilm, protection of inner supporting light fifilm, and can avoid cleaning of metal fifilm,  avoid scalding dust and save metal fifilm. The maximum diameter can  reach 112 mm. 

2. Bilateral insertion of material reel can effffectively prevent fifilm phenomenon during core-offff.

 3. It has the function of automatic tightening and automatic pre-pressing  of key-type fifilm material. 

4. It has the function of automatic elimination and classifification of the  fifirst defective products.

 5. This machine adopts PLC + touch screen control, with capacity, tension,  pressure calculation, storage and reading functions. 

6. The pressure of the main wheel is controlled by pneumatic double  pressure wheel; the pressure of the wheel is adjustable; and the pressure  is controlled by electric proportional valve. 

7. The whole machine is controlled by Panasonic AC servo system, and the  winding tension is controlled by Japanese precision low friction cylinder,  which can improve the accuracy and compensate the tension when the  speed is lowered. 

8. There is a follow-up flflattening roll mechanism for the unwinding of  metallized fifilm material shafts to effffectively prevent the wrinkling of fifilm  material; the movement of material tray is guided by two columns to  improve the accuracy of movement. 

9. The speed of inner and outer package, outer seal and inner seal can be  adjusted.

 10. It has the function of I/O signal status display of PLC; fault alarm has  visual display of fault guidance solution. 

11. It has the function of secondary heat seal. The time and pressure of  primary heat seal and secondary heat seal can be set separately, which is  convenient for the later process.
